12 Sep Bcma Agreement
Through the Ministry of Health Services (BC) and the BC Medical Association (BCMA) in 2002, the government and bcma collaborated to create the General Practice Services Committee (GPSC) to support and promote family practices in BC. The GPSC is a joint committee of BC MoHS and BCMA, including the Society of General Practitioners of BC. Representatives of BC`s health authorities are also present as guests. The GPSC engages in many activities to support family physicians. Operational funding and mandate are based on a formal working agreement between the BC government and bcma. The mandate of the GPSC is to find solutions to support and maintain full-service family practice in BC. Due to the need to diversify the country`s energy supply, BOTAŞ has been active in gas trade and transport since 1986. Until 2001, BOTAŞ had exclusive rights to control and shape the gas market in Turkey. The liberalisation of the market carried out by the Government involved the gradual elimination of the monopoly on gas imports through the transfer of pre-countered quantities of gas from BOTAŞ to private importers on the basis of a call for tenders and subject to the agreement of the gas seller. Botaş is today one of Turkey`s main players in the natural gas market. to increase gas supply over 25 years (1987-2011) to 6 bcma. In 1998, a long-term contract was signed with BOTAŞ for the supply of an additional 8 bcma on the same route until 2022. The polytaschee of this month`s edition of the BC Medical Journal contains a guide to adhering to the new BCMA agreements, which identifies the provisions of the agreements most likely to affect individual physicians and contains a brief description of those agreements.
I hope you have the opportunity to check. It is divided into key sections designed for clarity and ease of use. The ink is barely dry on the new Master Agreement, which contains five ancillary agreements: Unfortunately, the government has sent signals that it is trying to significantly weaken the Master Agreement while weakening the protection that the agreement offers to B.C. doctors. . . .
